Processing Time

All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time before shipping.

Standard Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $50. Tracking information will be emailed when your order is shipped.

1. Orders below $50 are subjected to a $5.95 shipping fee.
2. We ship to the 48 contiguous states (and Washington DC). We currently do not serve the non-contiguous states and territories are as follows: Alaska (AK), American Samoa (AS), Federated States of Micronesia (FM), Guam (GU), Hawaii (HI), Marshall Islands (MH), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Palau (PW), Puerto Rico (PR), US Virgin Islands (VI), Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP).
3. We do not offer express shippping. Standard shipping has delivery standard of up to 4 - 10 business days.
4. Oversize packages (over 73 inch long) could not be shipped to PO Box.

Cancellations

Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action and is not always possible once an order has been placed. Please reach out to our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
